I have ordered from CERCII a number of times already.

Recently, however, I made a mistake when placing an order. All I had to do was reply to my order confirmation email to get in touch with customer service. I requested to have my order cancelled. Within five minutes, I received a response confirming that the cancellation had been processed, and within ten minutes, I received a follow-up confirmation email. The money was also back in my account immediately. 

I have never experienced anything like this before, truly excellent customer service! I would especially like to thank Lily, who helped me out!

I’m really impressed with the brand’s great quality and fashionable clothes they look and feel fantastic! The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but I understand it was due to customs delays. When I encountered an issue, customer service was quick to respond and resolved everything immediately. Overall, a great shopping experience and I’ll definitely be buying again!

Nice products but slow delivery.

I ordered a white top from Cercii and was absolutely delighted with the quality. It’s beautifully made, fully lined and looks gorgeous. I initially had a few concerns about the fit specifically length, but the customer service team were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful, offering every assistance with a possible return and refund.

After giving it some more thought, I decided the top would look fabulous with high-waisted trousers, so I’m keeping it! It’s lovely to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes out of its way to help.

Beautiful product, excellent quality and first-class customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cercii!

Bought two items; both beautiful, fab quality

The only reason I feel I can't give a 5 is that one of my orders appears to have slipped the system and vanished, but regarding my other orders, the email response is quick, the quality of the fur coats I have bought is amazing and other people have commented on the fabric as I have been trying them on to ask for opinions and this including the lining! 

I stumbled across this gem of an online boutique by accident and am really pleased I did!

Ordered two dresses both lovely quality and look the same as in the pictures. One just didn’t suit me so that’s going back. A bit of advice would be to add hook and eyes to the dresses. 

Both dresses were strapless with zips going up the back and I’d feel a lot more secure in the dresses if they had hook and eyes at the top of the zip. I like the dress enough to go and get one added but for £80 I shouldn’t have to. Add hook and eyes please, us ladies will thank you for it :)

Gorgeous clothes, my dresses were stunning and the material felt expensive and good quality! Only thing that wasn't perfect was my order came a day later than expected and the tracking wasn't great, kind of difficult to navigate? But the clothes themselves are worth the money ❤️

I had a great experience with this website. The item I purchased met my expectations with quality and fabric. Although there was a fault with the dress, Lily was outstanding in assisting me with the issue.

The item I bought was beautiful and great quality fabric, however the seam came apart whilst wearing which I was upset about. Lily was able to help me out straight away and was very understanding of my problem. Will order again in the future and would recommend :)

I repeatedly purchase from Cercii. Their dresses are lovely and of really good quality, and always last a very long time. Only thing is delivery can take a bit longer, but I highly recommend.

Dresses are amazing quality for the price and arrived quickly! Lily from customer care was amazing at helping me with my refunds.

The only thing I would say is that one of the dresses I ordered, the sleeve sat differently on me than it did on the model images on the site.
