Payment and Pricing Policy

Prices

The product price, delivery charge, applicable taxes and final order total are shown before you place your order. The transaction currency is displayed at checkout. Cercii does not add undisclosed charges after an order has been placed.

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, applicable taxes and import charges are included in the amount shown at checkout. Customers should not be asked to pay additional import VAT, customs duty or handling fees on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, do not pay it before contacting info@cercii.com.

Payment methods

The payment methods currently available for your location are displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by country, device and payment provider. Payment must be authorised before an order is confirmed.

Secure payment processing

Payments are processed by Shopify and/or authorised payment providers. Cercii does not store full payment-card details on its own systems. The website uses SSL encryption.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send the order confirmation, subject to successful payment and product availability. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and refund any amount paid to the original payment method.

Pricing or listing errors

We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If an obvious pricing, availability or technical error is identified before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Fraud prevention

We may conduct proportionate security checks or request additional information where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorised payments. We will not use this process to remove your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and are normally returned to the original payment method.
