These Terms govern your use of cercii.com and purchases made from Cercii. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Payment and Pricing Policy.

1. About Cercii

2. Eligibility and use of the store

You must be able to enter into a binding contract under the law applicable to you. You must provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with security, misuse the checkout, upload malicious code, scrape the store in breach of applicable law, or infringe the rights of others.

3. Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately, including material, colour, size and fit information available to us. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. Product images may include styled or modelled presentation, but they must not materially misrepresent the product. Measurements can vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Nothing in these Terms reduces your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

4. Availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

The product price, delivery charge, taxes and total payable are shown before you place an order. For UK deliveries, applicable taxes and import charges are included in the checkout total. Available payment methods and the transaction currency are displayed at checkout. Further details are in our Payment and Pricing Policy.

6. Placing and accepting an order

By submitting an order, you offer to buy the selected products. You will receive an electronic acknowledgement. We may refuse or cancel an order for a genuine reason, including failed payment, unavailability, suspected fraud, a shipping restriction or an obvious listing error. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times and charges are stated in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. We use third-party suppliers, fulfilment centres and carriers, and products may be dispatched from outside the UK or EU. Cercii remains the retailer responsible for your order. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

UK consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel an eligible online purchase after delivery and a further 14 days to return it. The process, costs, exceptions and refund timing are explained in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may have additional clearly stated conditions, dates, product exclusions or usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed. A promotion does not remove statutory rights, including the rights that apply to sale goods.

10. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Transactional messages about an order are necessary to perform the contract. Marketing preferences are handled separately and can be withdrawn.

11. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is lawful, accurate and not misleading. You grant Cercii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display that content for operating and promoting the store. We may moderate content for lawful and genuine reasons but will not manipulate reviews to mislead customers.

12. Intellectual property

The Cercii name, branding, website design and original content are owned by or licensed to Cercii. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where law allows it.

13. Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services such as payment, tracking or social platforms. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. Cercii is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites, but this does not remove our responsibility for suppliers and processors we use to fulfil our obligations to you.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, Cercii is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

15. Events outside reasonable control

We are not liable for delay caused by an event genuinely outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep you informed and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

16. Severability and waiver

If part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of the part of the UK where you live. You may bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, operational or service changes. The Terms that applied when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
